The health effects of drinking water are numerous. With adequate water intake, you can naturally increase your energy levels, have a beneficial effect on the condition of your skin, improve your sports performance and, among other things, prevent high blood pressure by lowering your body’s sodium levels. But are there differences in the waters? What are the specific benefits of sparkling water?

Water is the oldest hydrator

It may not always be considered, but our bodies are largely made of water. We are constantly losing water through our normal vital functions, which is why lost water needs to be replaced in order for our body to stay healthy. How much water should be consumed then? The general recommendation is to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. However, this need is affected by many things, such as diet, a person’s weight, the amount of sweat exercise and air temperature. Ironically, our thirst only arises when the fluid balance has already begun to deteriorate. It is best to drink water evenly throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Dehydration effects can include, for example, impaired concentration and short-term memory, fatigue, or headaches.

The benefits of bubble water

We get water in our bodies in the form of both drinks and food, for example, a large part of vegetables is water. Do different water qualities then matter?
