Compatibele CO2 cilinders

Cilinder met gemeenschappelijk schroefmechanisme. Bij aankoop van de optie inclusief CO2 wordt een originele Mysoda CO2-cilinder in het pakket meegeleverd.

Als u het pakket zonder CO2-cilinder koopt, kunt u cilinders van alle fabrikanten gebruiken, zolang deze cilinders het gemeenschappelijke schroefmechanisme gebruiken om ze aan het apparaat te bevestigen. Quick Connect-cilinders zijn niet compatibel met Mysoda-apparaten.

So far so good

We have not had the soda maker for very long so still working out how many presses, and for how long, to get it right but it works very well. Delivery was quick, and it looks nice in the kitchen. No more buying sparkling water in plastic bottles - hurrah! Recommended.

Du beau greenwashing...

Je publie rarement des avis mais là je suis déçue...
Une marque qui se veut plus écologique que SodaStream.... Je n'en suis pas convaincue.
- aucune bouteille en verre compatible avec le Woody et donc des bouteilles plastiques qui périment à jeter!!
- un sav inexistant. Ma Woody n'est plus sous garantie et j'ai constaté une fuite de gaz et d'eau par le bouton de gazéification, j'ai demandé par mail si je pouvais la réparer et à quoi m'attendre au démontage aucune réponse.
En démontant ma machine : grosse surprise beaucoup de plastique (celui là n'est pas en bio composite), de la colle décollée au niveau des jointures (qui sait si on n'a pas bu ces débris de colles propulsés par le gaz?) , et un tuyaux qui a cédé , évidemment pas de pièces détachées disponible en ligne... Bref poubelle!
Sachant qu'en plus la machine a 2ans et demi et n'a pas servi pendant 6 mois sur sa période chez nous... Du gâchis

thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been the best.

Unfortunately, Mysoda glass bottle does not fit to any other machine than Mysoda Glassy. This is a safety feature as carbonating the glass bottle needs to happen inside a sealed container. That is why we can’t produce glass bottles for our other models.

Our products have a two-year warranty at the place of purchase, and we have also different kind of spare parts for our machines which we are happy to send if we know that the issue will be solved with that. Unfortunately, I did not find your message from our system. We always answer to messages we receive as soon as we can. I have now sent you a message directly to your email where I hope that we can find a solution together.

Our devices consist of approximately 80% wood composite or aluminium, depending on the model. Various metal and plastic parts constitute the remaining 20%. We only use ABS-plastic for parts that cannot be made from wood composite or metal. Creating a sparkling water maker entirely free from fossil plastics would increase the purchase price significantly and thereby make the device available to a limited number of households only. The positive change we want to make for protecting the environment would then not be large enough. We hope to give as many consumers as possible the opportunity to change their purchasing behaviour and prompt other manufacturers to reconsider their choice of raw materials.

It feels nicer to use then sodastream. The water is well carbonated. Hopefully it will last long and not break/provide spare parts. Currently its great, lets hope it lasts.

Der Woody ist ein toller Sprudler

Ich hatte einen Sprudler für Schraubzylinder gesucht und mit dem Woody das passende super funktionierende Gerät gefunden. Und Dank Sommerangebot mit zwei Zusatzflaschen zum besten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Obwohl aus Kunststoff, sind die Flaschen durchaus esstischtauglich.

Très bon produit mais allégations trompeuses

Produit Woody très satisfaisant pour son utilisation, son design et son matériau bio-sourcé. Mais il est difficile d'échanger en France les cylindres de CO2 contre des cylindres d'autres marques en ne payant que le gaz, contrairement aux allégations trompeuses du site web mysoda.eu ; absence de réponse à l'email envoyé au service client de Mysoda ("Contactez nous") pour demander les possibilités d'échange à Paris. Conclusion : je recommande ce produit, mais déconseille fortement de commander chez Mysoda les cylindres de CO2. Une réponse, même tardive, serait toutefois appréciée.

To answer your question, in France, the best way to exchange our cylinders is to exchange them at Carrefour, Leclerc, Monoprix, and certain Biocoop-stores.

Wat zijn de witte stippen op mijn bruiswatermaker?

De witte stippen die je op onze Woody en Toby bruiswatermakers kunt zien, zijn geen teken van vuil of schade aan het apparaat, maar maken deel uit van het ontwerp en het materiaal ervan. Onze bruiswatermakers zijn gemaakt van hernieuwbaar composiet op houtbasis. De witte deeltjes die je ziet zijn houtvezels die deel uitmaken van het gebruikte houtcomposietmateriaal.

Hoe maak je de bruiswatermaker schoon?

U kunt de Mysoda bruiswatermakers reinigen door het oppervlak schoon te maken met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen sterke schoonmaakmiddelen om schade aan het oppervlak van het apparaat te voorkomen.

Welke flessen zijn compatibel met Woody?

Woody is compatibel met Mysoda 1 L en 0,5 L PET-flessen en 1 L premium flessen. De lichtgewicht en robuuste PET-flessen zijn perfect voor onderweg. Eén 1 L fles is inbegrepen in het Woody-pakket. Extra flessen zijn apart verkrijgbaar in onze winkel. Woody is niet compatibel met flessen van andere fabrikanten, zoals Soda Stream, Aarke of Sodapop, en kan ook niet worden gebruikt met glazen flessen van Mysoda. Om de veiligheid van het product te garanderen, zijn glazen flessen niet compatibel.
