Compatibility

Mysoda plastic bottles are BPA-free and compatible with all Mysoda sparkling water makers as well as Wassermaxx, Aqvia, Sodapop, Drinkmate and Levivo sparkling water makers. The bottles are available in two different sizes - 1 L and 0.5 L - the smaller one being particularly handy to carry with you.

Please note that, in contrast to our PET bottles, Mysoda glass bottles are only compatible with our sparkling water maker model Glassy.

Mysoda Bio-CO2 cylinders are equipped with the classic screw-in mechanism compatible with all Mysoda sparkling water makers and other manufacturers' devices using screw-in cylinders.

Cleaning

Mysoda water bottles made from plastic are not dishwasher safe. Wash the bottle with a mild dishwashing detergent and warm water. You can use a soft bottle brush if needed.
Tip! When adding Mysoda drink mixes to your water, mix your beverages directly in the glass and your bottle will stay fresh longer.

Expiry date

Did you know that the plastic water bottles used in Mysoda sparkling water makers have an expiration date? The Mysoda bottles are designed to withstand high pressure. Plastic is a living material that hardens over time. When plastic becomes too hard, it can no longer expand during carbonation. For this reason, your Mysoda plastic bottle has an expiry date and it should not be used after that date.

Our cylinders do not expire nor do they need to be recycled. Empty cylinders can be refilled many times during their 40-year lifespan. Just return your empty cylinder to your local store and exchange it for a full one. You only pay for the filling. Just make sure to receive a cylinder with screw-in mechanism in return. Quick Connect cylinders are not compatible with Mysoda sparkling water makers.

Tips
  • Always keep 1-2 extra cylinders at home so you never run out of bubbles.
  • Store filled water bottles in the refrigerator to achieve maximum fizziness in your sparkling water. The colder the water, the fizzier your drink.
  • Fill the bottle with water up to the filling line.
  • Only carbonate water.
  • Do not place the your bottle in the freezer or expose it to high temperatures.
  • The expiry date is marked on the bottle. Replace old bottles with new ones when the expiry date is reached.
