Shipping policy
MYSODA ONLINE STORE
Mysoda Oy (business ID 2432834-2) sells products to adult individuals in Europe. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
ORDERING
You can order products in our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the products in the shopping cart at the online store checkout. We treat all customer information you provide to us as confidential. We will not use your contact information requested in connection with your order for purposes other than the delivery of your order, communication about your order, or the resolution of any ambiguities that may arise in your order. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms.

For payment with Finnish online banks: Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In the event of a complaint, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with the following information:

- Ordered products
- The total amount of the order
- Order contact information
- Method of payment
To receive confirmation messages, you must provide an email address when ordering. If you have created a user account in connection with your order, you can also check the content of your order from there.
Delivery time
Deliveries to Finland: Postnord and Matkahuolto delivery times are typically 1-4 working days.
Deliveries to other parts of Europe: Delivery to other EU countries, Switzerland, and Norway usually takes between 3 and 7 days, depending on the country of delivery.
We are not responsible for any delays or delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by the delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden (approx. delivery time 3-7 working days)
- Orders over 65€: free of charge

Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland (approx. delivery time 3-7 working days)
- Orders over 100€: free of charge
- Orders up to 100€: 9,90€
For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, customs clearance or customs clearance costs, taxes or other charges in the country of destination are not included in the price of the product or postage. Customs clearance takes place upon receipt of the package.
Åland Islands, Bulgaria, Coratia, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia (approx. delivery time 3-7 working days)

Spanish and Portuguese islands
- Orders over 150€: free of charge
- Orders up to 150€: 29,90€
United States & Canada:
- We are currently not shipping to North America. Selected Mysoda products are available on Amazon.com.
If you do not pick up your order within the time specified by the transport company, your order will be returned to the sender, Mysoda Oy. In this case, we will consider the transaction cancelled and refund you the payment. Please note that we do not refund the postage for your order.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
You have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. When returning the product, you carry the return costs. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. Note that we don't refund the possible postage of your original order.
Packing the return shipment
The returned product must be packed well, so that it does not break during return shipping. Include the name of the person who issued the order and the order number inside the package so we can match the order with the return. We will not refund the price of the product if
- the product has been used or is damaged.
- the sales packaging of the product is damaged.
- the product is not in the original packaging.
- the packaging is missing parts of the product.
Return shipment
For returns of products please contact info@mysoda.fi. Our support team will provide you with the correct return address, as the return address may vary, depending on the warehouse location your order was originally shipped from.
The customer is responsible for the packaging / products until we receive them. When you return items, make sure to keep the shipping receipt until you receive an email from us confirming the return of the items to our warehouse or receive a refund to your account.
Refund
We will refund your payment once we have received the returned products and determined that they are in good condition in accordance with our return policy.
Problem situations
If the products you have ordered have not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the transport company first. You will need the tracking code you received with your order to resolve the issue.
If the package is damaged during transport, notice must be given immediately to the driver or to the customer service point that handed over the consignment.
If the product is defective or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error no later than 14 days after the arrival of the shipment to our customer service: info@mysoda.fi.
