WHY BIOGENIC CO2 IS BETTER?
Biogenic CO2 refers to carbon dioxide that is produced from natural biological processes, such as the respiration of plants, the decomposition of organic matter, and the fermentation of biomass.
Unlike fossil-based CO2, which comes from burning fossil fuels (such as coal, oil, and natural gas), biogenic CO2 originates from sources that are part of the natural carbon cycle.
In the case of biogenic CO2 the carbon released during processes like fermentation or decomposition was originally absorbed from the atmosphere by plants during photosynthesis. This contrasts with fossil-based CO2, which adds carbon to the atmosphere from sources that have been stored underground for millions of years.
How to change the CO2 cylinder?
When there is little or no gas coming out when carbonating, it is time to replace the gas cylinder with a new one. Replacing the cylinder in Mysoda devices is simple.
