All Mysoda electronic gift card's has a unique code. When you want to pay with a gift card put the gift card code under "gift card or discount code" and press "Apply" in the shopping card. This will reduce the amount of the gift card from the shopping card's total amount. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Please note that you cannot buy products from the Mysoda online store VAT-free, because the online store's products are only sold to consumers.

Products ordered outside Finland are delivered as GSL- or DHL-parcel.

You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging.

Follow these steps when returning products ordered to Finland:

• Pack the products carefully in their original packaging.
• Take the package to your nearest Posti service point and send the return to the address below using Posti contact ID.

• Remember to ask for a receipt for your return and keep the receipt until you receive an email from us confirming your return.

When returning products ordered outside Finland:

Please contact info@mysoda.fi. Our support team will provide you with the correct return address, as the return address may vary, depending on the warehouse location your order was originally shipped from. 

Due to shipping restrictions CO2 cylinders cannot be shipped to the following countries: Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden, Aaland, Ireland, Romania and Denmark.

Moreover, CO2 cylinders are by default not included in Ruby 2 packages. For countries not listed above, you can add a CO2 cylinder to your order separately.

If your delivery does not contain a CO2 cylinder you can use a cylinder bought from a local store or, if you have owned a sparkling water maker before, you can use your old CO2 cylinder. This applies to cylinders using the common screw-on mechanism for attaching it to the device. Those screw-on cylinders are manufactured in accordance with a common European standard which means that cylinders from different brands are compatible with Mysoda sparkling water makers and vice versa.

Yes, CO2 cylinders are manufactured according to a European standard. Therefore CO2 cylinders from other manufacturers are compatible with Mysoda sparkling water makers and vice versa. However, this does not apply to Quick Connect cylinders and any Sodastream models using those Quick Connect cylinders. Yes, Mysoda CO2 cylinders are manufactured according to a European standard. Therefore Mysoda CO2 cylinders are compatible with manufacturer’s sparkling water makers that use cylinders with screw-in mechanism.

Always check first that the carbon dioxide bottle is securely attached to the appliance. You know it’s time to replace your CO2 cylinder by the following signs:

• When you press the carbonation button and no bubbles enter the water.
• When you remove the water bottle from the appliance after pressing the carbonation button there are still no bubbles in the water.
• The carbonation button feels loose, and you don’t hear the sound of carbonation but only the sound of a button press.

Take an empty carbon dioxide bottle with you to the grocery store and replace it with a full one. That way, you only pay for the gas in the bottle.

The classic screw-in mechanism is compatible with all Mysoda sparkling water maker models as well as with sparkling water makers of many other manufacturers like Aarke, Sodapop, Aga, and Sodastream (except Sodastream models using Quick Connect cylinders) that use the same screw-in system.

You can continue to exchange your Mysoda CO2 cylinders for other screw-in cylinders at any local store that offers an exchange service.
