Compatible cylinders

Standard screw-in cylinder. When choosing the option including CO2-cylinder one original Mysoda cylinder is included in the packge.

If you choose the package without CO2 cylinder you can use cylinders produced by any other manufacturer as long as these cylinders use the common screw-in mechanism. Quick Connect cylinders are not compatible with Mysoda devices.

What are the white specks on my sparkling water maker?

The white specks you can see on our Woody and Toby sparkling water makers are no sign of dirt or damage of the machine but part of their design and material. Our sparkling water makers are made of renewable wood-based composite. The white particles you see are wood fibres which are a component of the wood composite material used.

How to clean the sparkling water maker?

You can clean the Mysoda carbonators by wiping the surface with a damp cloth. To prevent damage to the surface of the appliance, do not use strong detergents.

Which bottles are compatible with Woody?

Woody is compatible with Mysoda 1 L and 0,5 L PET bottles as well as 1 L premium bottles. The lightweight and robust PET bottles are perfect for on the go. Additional bottles are available separately in our shop. Woody is not compatible with bottles from other manufacturers, such as Soda Stream, Aarke or Sodapop, nor can it be used with Mysoda glass bottles. To ensure product safety, glass bottles are not compatible.
