FAQ

Water bottles

What to do if the bottle is leaking water or water is losing bubbles quickly?

The caps of Mysoda water bottles are made of wood composite or stainless steel, depending on the model. The caps each have a seal, which ensures that the bottle keeps bubbles for as long as possible.

If the bottle is leaking, proceed as follows:

  1. Check if the clear seal ring inside the cap is in place.
  2. If the seal has moved out of place, press it back into its proper position.
  3. If the seal is missing entirely, our customer service can supply you with a new one.

Taking off the bottom part of the water bottle

Mysoda water bottles produced before 2023 are designed in such a way that their bottom part, made of either wood composite or stainless steel, comes off to  facilitate cleaning.

  1. To release the bottom, turn it clockwise.
  2. To fasten the bottom to the bottle again, make sure the bottom is aligned with the barbs on hte base of the bottle. Then rotate the bottom counterclockwise.
